2018 წლიდან ავტომობილებზე ქონების გადასახადი ამოქმედდება

ავტომობილებზე ქონების გადასახადის გადახდა 2018 წლიდან დაიწყება. გადასახადის გადახდის ვალდებულება 40 ათას ლარზე მეტი წლიური შემოსავლის მქონე ოჯახებს შეეხება. ამის შესახებ bpn.ge-ს ფინანსთა სამინისტროში განუცხადეს.

„2017 წლის შემოსავლების მიხედვით ქონების დეკლარირება 2018 წლის პირველ ნოემბრამდე მოხდება. შესაბამისად, 40 ათას ლარზე მეტი წლიური შემოსავლის მქონე ოჯახებს ავტომობილებზე ქონების გადასახადის გადახდა სწორედ 2018 წლიდან მოუწევთ,“ – აღნიშნავენ ფინანსთა სამინისტროში.

აღსანიშნავია, რომ გადასახადის წლიური განაკვეთი გადამხდელის ოჯახის მიერ საგადასახადო წლის განამავლობაში მიღებული შემოსავლების მიხედვით არის დიფერენცირებული. კერძოდ, 40 ათასიდან 100 ათას ლარამდე შემოსავლის მქონე ოჯახებისთვის ავტომობილის ღირებულების არანაკლებ 0.05% და არაუმეტეს 0.2% იქნება გადასახდელი, ხოლო 100 000 ლარის ან მეტი შემოსავლის მქონე ოჯახებისათვის ავტომობილის ღირებულების არანაკლებ 0.8% და არა უმეტეს 1%.
