ცხენის ხორცის უკანონო რეალიზაციის 12 შემთხვევა, ხოლო ვირის ხორცის 1 შემთხვევა გამოვლინდა, – ამის შესახებ სურსათის ეროვნული სააგენტოს მიერ გავრცელებულ ინფორმაციაშია აღნიშნული.

სააგენტოს ცნობით, გამოვლენილი დარღვევების გამო ბიზნესოპერატორები დაჯარიმდნენ. მათ საეჭვოდ მიჩნეული სურსათის ბაზრიდან გამოთხოვა დაევალათ.

“სურსათის ეროვნული სააგენტო ხორცის სახეობრივ კვლევას 2017 წლის მარტიდან ატარებს. საზოგადოებრივი კვების და სარეალიზაციო ობიექტებიდან აღებულია მზა კერძების და სხვა სახის სურსათის 90 ნიმუში, რომლებიც აკრედიტებულ ლაბორატორიაში შემოწმებულია ცხენის და ვირის ხორცის იდენტიფიცირებაზე.

კვლევის შედეგად გამოვლინდა 12 დარღვევა, კერძოდ, სურსათის ეტიკეტზე მითითებული იყო საქონლის ან ღორის ხორცი და შემადგენლობაში აღმოჩნდა ცხენის, ხოლო ერთ შემთხვევაში – ვირის ხორცი. გამოვლენილი დარღვევების გამო ბიზნესოპერატორები დაჯარიმდნენ. მათ საეჭვოდ მიჩნეული სურსათის ბაზრიდან გამოთხოვა დაევალათ.  სახეობრივი კვლევის შედეგები  იხილეთ: http://nfa.gov.ge/ge/sursatis-uvnebloba/monitoringi/dokumentebis-shemowmeba

ცხენის ან ვირის  ხორცის რეალიზაციის შემთხვევაში, აუცილებელია კანონმდებლობით გათვალისწინებული მოთხოვნების დაცვა. პირუტყვი  უნდა იყოს იდენტიფიცირებული,  ჩატარებული ჰქონდეს შესაბამისი ვეტერინარული ღონისძიებები (ვაქცინაცია და ა.შ)  და უნდა დაიკლას სასაკლაოზე.  სავალდებულოა ხორცი იყოს   ეტიკეტირებული და  მითითებული იყოს ხორცის სახეობა”, – აღნიშნულია ინფორმაციაში.
