გათქვიფე 2 ცალი კვერცხი(პატარები ან 1 დიდი)+1ჩ.კ. არათავმობმული მარილი,ცოტა სოდა და დაასხი 1 ჩ.ჭ. ლუდი.
თხევადი მასა დაასხი ფქვილიან მასას,ჯერ დანით ცოტათი დაკეპე და მერე ზარმაცულად შეაერთე მასა(აუცილებლად იზარმაცე,ცომს მოზელა არსჭირდება).
გაახვიე ცელოფანში და 3 საათით(მე მთელი ღამით) დაივიწყე მაცივარში.
ორად გაყავი(ცომი აღარ გადაზილო) გაშალე,დააყარე ყველი,მეორე ნახევარი გაშალე ,დაადე ყველს,ნაპირები შემოუკეცე,გათქვეფილი კვერცხი გადაუსვი და მაღალ ცეცხლზე გამოაცხე.
