საჰარის უდაბნოში 40 წლის განმავლობაში მესამედ მოვიდა თოვლი. როგორც Daily Mail-ი წერს, დაახლოებით 40 სანტიმეტრამდე თოვლით დაიფარა ალჟირის ქალაქ აინ-სეფრას განაპირა მხარე, რომელიც უდაბნოში მდებარეობს.
თოვლი ამ ტერიტორიაზე 2016 წელს და 2017 წლის დეკემბერში მოვიდა. აინ-სეფრაში პირველად 1879 წლის 18 თებერვალს მოთოვა.
