საყდრისის მიწის მართვის უფლება “დმანისის გადარჩენის ფონდმა“ 5 მილიონად მოიპოვა

დმანისის ტერიტორიაზე 16 ჰექტარი მიწის ნაკვეთის 10 წლის ვადით იჯარით გაცემაზე ელექტრონული აუქციონი დასრულდა. გამარჯვებული „დმანისის გადარჩენის ფონდია”, რომელიც 14 პოლიტიკურ პარტიას აერთიანებს. აუქციონზე ვაჭრობა 17:00 საათიდან დაიწყო და ზუსტად ოთხსაათნახევარს გაგრძელდა.

ამ ტერიტორიაზე მართვის უფლების მოპოვებას ,,დმანისის გადარჩენის ფონდთან’’ ერთად, კომპანია ,,არ ემ ჯი გოლდი’’ ცდილობდა. პოლიტიკური პარტიების გაერთიანებაში აცხადებდნენ, რომ კომპანიას ამ მიწას არ დაუთმობდნენ და აუქციონზე ნებისმიერ ფასად ივაჭრებდნენ. საბოლოოდ, აღნიშნული ლოტი 5 მილიონ 056 320 ლარად გაიყიდა. ინფორმაციას 1tv ავრცელებს.

აუქციონი პირობების თანახმად, ,,დმანისის განვითარების ფონდმა’’ ხელშეკრულების გასაფორმებლად ,,სახელმწიფო ქონების ეროვნულ სააგენტოს” 45 დღეში უნდა მიმართოს. თუკი პარტიების გაერთიანება ხელშეკრულების გაფორმებასა და თანხის გადახდაზე უარს იტყვის, ამ შემთხვევაში გაყიდული ქონება ისევ სახელმწიფოს მფლობელობაში დარჩება, ხოლო ფონდი აუქციონში მონაწილეობისთვის გადახდილ საგარანტიო 3717 ლარს დაკარგავს.

თუკი ამ მიწის ნაკვეთის სარგებლობის უფლებით მიღებაზე ინტერესი ისევ გაჩნდება, ქონების მართვის სააგენტო ახალ აუქციონს გამოაცხადებს.

14-მა პარტიამ გასულ კვირას მიმართა ეკონომიკის სამინისტროს და მოითხოვა ტენდერის გაუქმება. შექმნილია დმანისის გადარჩენის ფონდი, სადაც ჩარიცხული თანხებით პარტიები ტერიტორიის იჯარით აღებას აპირებენ.

მიწის იჯარის საწყისი ფასი აუქციონზე 15 ათასი ლარი იყო.
