Eine Milliarde Dollar (mehr als 760 Millionen Euro) blaetterte das soziale Netzwerk fuer das kleine Unternehmen mit gerade mal einem Dutzend Mitarbeiter hin - eine stolze Summe fuer ein Start-up-Unternehmen. Doch die groesste Uebernahme in seiner Unternehmensgeschichte duerfte Facebook aus der Portokasse bezahlen. Schliesslich bereitet es sich auf einen gigantischen Boersengang in wenigen Wochen vor und strebt eine Bewertung von 100 Milliarden Dollar an.
