საგამოძიებო მოქმედებებით დადგინდა, რომ 2008 წლის 27 ოქტომბერს, პატიმარი დანტე რეხვიაშვილის მიმართ საპყრობილის რეჟიმის ინსპექტორმა და ამავდროულად კორპუსის ზედამხედველმა კახა ყალიჩავამ ფიზიკური ზეწოლა განახორციელა. პროკურატურამ სასჯელაღსრულების N8-ე დაწესებულების რეჟიმის ყოფილი ინსპექტორი კახა ყალიჩავა ზედმეტსახელად ცხრათითა დააკავა.კახა ყალიჩავას ბრალად ედება სამსახურებრივი უფლებამოსილების გადამეტება ძალადობით და დაზარალებულის პირადი ღირსების შეურაცხყოფით, რაც სასჯელის სახედ და ზომად ითვალისწინებს თავისუფლების აღკვეთას 5-დან 8 წლამდე ვადით.
