კიევის პროკურატურამ სამართალდამცველების მიერ დაკავებული მიხეილ სააკაშვილის გათავისუფლების ფაქტზე სისხლის სამართლის საქმის წარმოება დაიწყო. ინფორმაციას Interfax-ი სამართალდამცველებზე დაყრდნობით ავრცელებს.

საქმის გამოძიება უკრაინის სსისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 243-ე მუხლის მეორე ნაწილით მიმდინარეობს, რაც სამსახურებრივი მდგომარეობის გამოყენებით, სამართალდამცველის საქმიანობისთვის ხელის შეშლას გულისხმობს. დანაშაული 5 წლამდე სამსახურებრივი საქმიანობის ჩამოშორებას, 6 თვემდე თავისუფლების აღკვეთას, ან 4 წლამდე თავისუფლების შეზღუდვას ითვალისწინებს.

დღეს მიხეილ სააკაშვილი კიევში დააკავეს.

მანამდე დაპატიმრებული სააკაშვილი მხარდამჭერებმა მიკროავტობუსიდან დაიხსნეს. ბორკილდადებული ოდესის ყოფილი გუბერნატორი ხალხის წინაშე სიტყვით გამოვიდა. მან გენერალური პროკურორის ბრალდებას ტყუილი უწოდა და მხარდამჭერებს მაიდანზე მშვიდობიანი აქციის გამართვისკენ მოუწოდა.

უკრაინის უსაფრთხოების სამსახურის ოფიციალურ ვებგვერდზე აცხადებენ, რომ სააკაშვილს დანაშაულებრივ დაჯგუფებებთან თანამშრომლობასა და მათი საქმიანობის დაფარვაში ედება ბრალი. პროკურატურა ხელისუფლების დამხობის მცდელობაში ადანაშაულებს.

უკრაინის გენერალურმა პროკურორმა იური ლუცენკომ განაცხადა, რომ  სააკაშვილის გუნდს უკრაინის ყოფილი პრეზიდენტის, ვიქტორ იანუკოვიჩის წარმომადგენლები აფინანსებდნენ. კერძოდ, მან დაასახელა გაქცეული ოლიგარქი, სერგეი კურჩენკო.

სააკაშვილისთვის წარდგენილი მუხლი სამიდან ხუთ წლამდე პატიმრობას ითვალისწინებს.

  28. Друзья, я последние несколько лет вообще не смотрю телевизор!!! И считаю его Злом, так как вся информация преподносится так как нужно правительству. А мы это кушаем.
    В последнее время все больше смотрю Youtube и выискиваю там информацию по крупицам. А так же ищу независимые СМИ сайты, которые подают информацию более независимо, такие как Радио свобода или myukraina.com.ua.
    Выбирайте и читайте информацию, отсеивайте нежелательные, перебирайте источники и только тогда Вы сможете найти полезную новость.
