დავით ასათიანი: ასეთი ღონისძიებები აუცილებელია ქვეყანაში ხარისხიანი მართლმსაჯულების დამკვიდრებისათვის

5 ივნისს, ბათუმში, სასტუმრო„რედისონში“ საქართველოს ადვოკატთა ასოციაციის მოწვევით გაიმართა მრგვალი მაგიდა-დისკუსია მოსამართლეებს, პროკურორებს და ადვოკატებს შორის (Bench-Bar შეხვედრები). ეს არის მსგავსი შეხვედრების რიგით მეეშვიდე ღონისძიება, სადაც სამივე პროფესიისთვის აქტუალური საკითხები განიხილეს: ბრალდებულის პირველი წარდგენა და აღკვეთი ღონისძიება – პრაქტიკის მოკლე მიმოხილვა, მტკიცებულებათა დასაშვებობა, კომპიუტერულ სისტემაში/მონაცემთა შესანახ საშუალებაში არსებული ინფორმაციის/ დოკუმენტის გამოთხოვის პრობლემატური საკითხები.

Bench-Bar შეხვედრას და მუშაობას ადვოკატთა ასოციაციის საერთაშორისო მდივანი დავით ასათიანი უძღვებოდა. მან აღინიშნა, რომ ასეთი ღონისძიებები, სხვადასხვა იურიდიული პროფესიების ჩართულობით, აუცილებელია ქვეყანაში ხარისხიანი მართლმსაჯულების დამკვიდრებისათვის. შეხვედრაში მონაწილეობა მიიღეს ბათუმის საქალაქო სასამართლოს თავმჯდომარე დავით მამისეიშვილმა, აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის პროკურორის მოადგილე ანზორ უსტიაძემ.

შეხვედრები ხორციელდება ამერიკის შეერთებული შტატების საერთაშორისო განვითარების სააგენტოს (USAID) პროექტი „კანონის უზენაესობის მხარდაჭერა საქართველოში“ (PROLoG) ფინანსური მხარდაჭერით. მსგავსი შეხვედრები უკვე ჩატარდა საქართველოს სხვადასხვა ქალაქებში: ქუთაისი, ბათუმი, ანაკლია და მომავალშიც იგეგმება.
