ახალი სავიზო კანონი ამერიკაში სწავლისა და მუშაობის მსურველებისათვის
ამერიკის შეერთებული შტატების მთავრობამ არაემიგრანტი სტუდენტებისთვის სავიზო წესები შეცვალა. ახალი კანონის თანახმად სტუდენტებს საგანმანალებლო პროგრამების დასრულების შემდეგ შესაძლებლობა ეძლევათ ქვეყანაში დარჩნენ მომდევნო სამ წელს პროფესიული განვითარებისა და დასაქმებისთვის. ამ წესების ამოქმედების შემდეგ ამერიკა გახდება ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესო ქვეყანა საზღვარგარეთ განათლების მიღების მსურველი სტუდენტებისათვის, განსხვავებით სხვა ქვეყნებისგან, მაგალითად დიდი ბრიტანეთისგან, რომელიც სტუდენტებს არ აძლევს მსგავს უფლებას, დასაქმდნენ ქვეყანაში სწავლის დასრულების შემდგომ.
შესაძლებლობა ეძლევათ სტუდენტებს, რომლებიც სწავლას დაასრულებელ შემდეგ საგანმანათლებლო პროგრამებზე:
მეცნიერება;
ტექნოლოგიები;
ინჟინერია;
მათემატიკა;
ახალი კანონის თანახმად სავიზო პერიოდი 7 თვით ხანგრძლივდება, ძველთან შედარებით, რომელიც 17 თვეს მოიცავდა. კანონი ძალაში 2016 წლის 10 მაისიდან შევა.
